President and CEO
Jim is a veteran of the transportation industry since 1979. He founded Maverick Express in July 1995 with a cargo van, a rented straight truck, and a truckload of optimism. His primary responsibilities are new business development and finance.

Quality Manager
Janet has been with Maverick Express since 1999 and is responsibile for quality processes, human resources and safety. Her prior experience includes 20 years with the former Upjohn Company in human resources.

Operations Manager
Scott has been with Maverick Express since 2002 and is responsibile for dispatch, Maverick Partner Service and maintenance. His prior experience includes 8 years with a major LTL carrier in both sales and management.

Landstar Agency Mgr, MVXI Brokerage Mgr
Scott has been with Maverick Express since 2002 and is responsibile for dispatch, Maverick Partner Service and maintenance. His prior experience includes 8 years with a major LTL carrier in both sales and management.

Accounting Coordinator
Melinda is responsibe for accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable administration. Melinda holds a Masters degree in Accountancy, and is interested in organizational, prioritization, and time management.

Payroll and Administrative Coordinator
Judy Pence has 20 years of diverse payroll experience, including management and supervision. For the past 15 years Judy has held the designation of Certified Payroll Professional.
